"My husband and I are huge Viking fans, so I decided to buy him a collectible for his birthday. I found a Favre jersey with the signatures of the 2009 team. I was very excited when it finally arrived and it looked amazing...trouble was, I couldn't read the signatures and the jersey looked different from the one advertised.
I contacted customer service to see why the jersey was different from the one advertised and if I could get a list of names. The next day I was contacted by Christine who let me know she would have a list of names for me by the next day. Not only did she give me a list of names, she gave me a photograph of the jersey with the names printed next to the signatures. She also gave me a typed list of names, their jersey numbers, and their positions. I only expected to get a list of names! Christine went above and beyond what I asked for.
In addition, a couple of names that were listed from the advertisement were missing from my jersey. Sportsmemorabilia.com offered me a partial refund for the names that were missing.
I will definitely shop with sportsmemorabilia.com again. I had the best experience I have ever had with a customer service representative, and the product is exactly what I was looking for. "
"I purchased a signed photo of Hank Aaron for my son's 50th birthday. When I went online to check the shipping status, I was connected on a live chat with Dan DeNicco. the Sales Specialist. He was very helpful and reassured me regarding the photo. One week later he emailed me to tell me that the framer had damaged the photo and he apologized and stated that should never happen. To make it up to me, he offered me a replacement which was larger, more beautiful, and more costly than my original order. Of course I accepted.
When the beautifully framed photo arrived, I was speechless as it is so gorgeous. My son was ecstatic and couldn't wait to hang it in a place of honor in his "man cave" as he idolizes Hank Aaron.
I can't thank Dan enough for going way beyond what any customer service rep I've ever dealt with has done before in this type of situation. As far as I'm concerned, SportsMemorabilia is the best and I would recommend them to anyone.

The Sales person Joe was quite helpful. I was shopping for an Authenic Autographed NFL Helmet for a co-workers retirement gift.
