"Not sure how I even found this business, except I was looking for a good price on 20 round AR magazines. I had tried to order some twice from another store, and they are always out of stock. Months go buy, and I never get anything, or even an update. So, I found this place; price was actually better, and I actually received them in about 2 1/2 weeks. Would like have been much sooner, my order was during major nationwide snowstorms that delayed shipments all over the country. Since this purchase, I have found two more spectacular deals through them. Personally, I could care less if it takes a week or two to get the items. Just as long as I get them in good shape, at an excellent price. PS-I actually wrote them about my first order (on a Saturday) and the delays, and I received a reply the next weekday (Monday). I also received the product then next day. FedEx actually dropped the ball with updates about the weather delay."
"Horrible customer service, Ms Katrina in special, they ship the merchandise with bad packaging and when arrive scratched because the box is broken, they said to me to contact the manufacturer, obviusly the manufacturer is not responsible and is not going to do nothing, nasty business!"

"After reading so many horror stories from these reviews I was very skeptical. The rifle I purchased was the cheapest price I had ever found. So I figured I’d take a chance. I ordered the rifle and the webpage went blank white. I figured oh no here we go. I figured I’d let it sit for a few minutes and look into it. After about 45 minutes my phone rang and it was Natalie from Sportsman’s Outdoor Superstore. I missed her call but she did leave a message. I called back as soon as I could and spoke with another lady who I explained what had happened. She took my payment info and said all was good. About 3pm the same day Natalie called me again to make sure I had received her message of which I did and graciously thanked her. She explained the website for some reason didn’t fill my order nor get payment info. She had to back track to figure out what firearm I was purchasing. I was thoroughly impressed that they took the time to call me after researching my order. I didn’t have to call they called me twice to make sure my order was processed correctly. It was delivered and picked up the next day at my local FFL as advertised. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again. "
"This company put up Henry firearms for sale stating that if the deadline of last day of October was met in ordering that orders would be delivered no later than Dec. 14. I was lied to no less than 8 times about my order by Nick and Nathan, their boss who I was told is the owner would not even take time to speak to me and yes he was at the store the many times I ask to talk to him.... Everything from I will call you back in a few minutes, order will be shipped out today, order will be shipped out next day no later than Dec. 24th, I will call you Monday the 17th Dec. when I find out more, I will know what the problem is and call you Dec. 10th.........
This is just a few..... I called joseph at Henry rifles he and they blamed Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore.

"I tried to buy a gift card. Order said declined but the money still came out of my account. I've spoken with several customer service reps over the past 3 weeks and no one can seem to get this sorted out. They can see the transaction, they can see that a gift card wasn't issued to me, they can see that my account hasn't been credited but they can't seem to give me a refund, give me the gift card I paid for, or give me a partial refund of my last $820 order! I've been told several times I'll get a call back but I never have. My emails have gone unanswered. At this point i've started the charge-back process. At this point i'll never make a purchase from them again. "

I ordered a Ruger LCR 22wrm revolver with hammer, I got the hammer less version. I called customer service? and was told unless I could prove that I had not made a mistake ,there would be a restocking fee of $25.00. As I had no way of showing who made the mistake I will eat this one and order the correct gun for my customer from some other supplier. I will not do any business with this company and suggest that others be very careful if they do. "

"I just placed my second order with Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore. I was pleased with my first transaction two years ago and ordered a shotgun through them, at a price almost $100 less than what I could find locally. Excellent communication, they let me know that my FFL had failed to send them a copy of his FFL. This delayed the shipping date by two days, but it was not their fault. Shipped out immediately after they received the FFL information. Was sent shipping confirmation, expected date to receive, and a way to track shipping.
I don't understand the negative reviews here, as both my experiences were excellent and I will order from them again."

"Ordered a M&P9 Shield M2.0 on Wednesday, the 3rd, after business hours, requesting Standard Shipping (i.e. the free option). They shipped it the following Monday and it arrived at my FFL on Wednesday in perfect condition (new in box). Could it have been a better experience? I suppose. They could have shipped the next day, but their web site clearly states that Standard Shipping items typically ship in 3 to 5 days (read: business days). To know that, you do have to actually read the page titled "Shipping Cost & Time". How inconvenient! They didn't notify me when it shipped, but FedEx did, so what's the diff? In the end, they fulfilled their part of the deal and I got a great gun for a screamin' good price. I plan to order from SOS again. I'll let you know how that goes.
