"I ordered a rifle from Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore on October 1. Afterwards, I read Reseller Ratings reviews and became concerned. The reviews in aggregate were terrible. I actually considered canceling the order. Fortunately, I did not and received my new rifle October 15. Free Fedex delivery would have been sooner, if not for two weekends and a federal holiday intervening. The rifle was in perfect, new condition and included the beautiful manufacturer carrying case, lock and all attendant documentation. My experience is certainly different from many reviewers, but I would not hesitate to recommend Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore and plan on being a repeat customer. They offer exceptional value and service."

To my surprise I was called back by Kim to let me know that my dealer worked it out with FedEx to deliver during business hours. Don't believe the bad reviews, customer service here is very good."

They were not able to have Fed Ex deliver during our hours of operation (they put full restrictions on all shipments) full restrictions are fine, but even after multiple phone calls and emails, package for customer was not delivered. I advised customer to request a full refund."
"When the gun arrived I shot three bullets and they flew in three different directions. I opened it to clean it. The barrel looked like a sandpaper inside. It took a good hour of brushing with a brass brush to get rid of the "sandpaper", now only the lead remains but I don't have the proper stuff to clean that. At least it shoots straight now, all three bullets in the same hole. It took them 9 days to deliver so I figure they bought a used gun after receiving the order."

"Believe the negative reviews folks and steer clear of this company. I purchased a Desert Eagle .50AE from this company and it clearly looks like a used pistol even though it was listed and sold as new. Additionally, the pistol I received was for sale in California as it contained the additional firing pin safety required by California (I do not live in California nor was my shipping address in California). This was not disclosed in the listing. The pistol had enough powder residue and other signs of wear (slide, external blemishes) that clearly indicate it was a used pistol. In contacting the company, their sole explanation was that manufacturer's test fire firearms prior to sale. Also, back to the CA firing pin safety, this safety is located below the firing pin and is visible at the firing pin plate. To remove the firing pin plate, there is a conical spring in the firing pin safety that must be depressed at the same time the firing pin is depressed. However, the conical spring has been jammed so far down that it cannot be removed (at least with my tools). A new pistol would have had an additional instruction sheet explaining this safety included in the case but now such instructions were included with this pistol. This is another indication that the pistol was not new. Lastly, a new DE pistol comes with a plastic protective piece that needs to be removed prior to firing. This pistol had some type of plastic piece but it fell out when I picked up the pistol the first time.
Bottom line - do not buy from this company. Any savings you have by purchasing through them will cost you way more either in time or money pursuing a federal and state legal claims for fraud against the company."
"Ordered my Kimber 3/20/19 using standard shipping. Received it 3/27/19. They were very helpful when I was having trouble with their web site (problem on my end). Couldn't ask for anything better than that.

"This company is total garbage. I ordered an item only to find a week later they only ship to 4 states. You would think that it would be clearly labeled on the product. You would also think that if the shipping address wasn't in one of the four states it wouldn't be accepted. It took them a week to even let me know this. Over the next several days, they sent the same email asking what I wanted to do with the order. Common sense would be a refund. I tried getting a hold of them through many emails only to have to call them to get the ball rolling on a refund. They advised me the refund would take 5-10 business days. Any other company would issue a refund almost immediately. Almost two weeks after my order I finally have my money back. I will never shop here again and will not recommend them. I ordered from somewhere else that was much cheaper and has stellar customer service. "
