I am accustomed to very fast shipping from this company, and understood that it might be a few days to a week before they shipped, due to the current lock downs in various states. It is now 5/21/20 and they have not shipped my item, and won't answer the phone! They printed a shipping label a week after I placed the order, but it has never tracked! I have emailed them 4 times over the past 7 days and have not received a reply. I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company due to their lack of response. "I’ve been reading a lot of the negative reviews here, and I have to say, a lot of this seems like customers who don’t understand how the firearms industry works.
First and foremost, ALL NEW GUNS ARE GOING TO BE PREVIOUSLY FIRED BY THE FACTORY. You don’t build a machine without testing and evaluating. Plain and simple.
For everyone who’s complaining about them not answering the phones, think about this. They are probably overlogged with calls at this point from there sales they put out.
I received my order within 5 days, which is pretty good considering other gun dealers who have the gun ‘in-stock’ take up to a week to ship.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I will be a return customer from here on out.

"I ordered a weapon, my FFL was out of town, and FEDEX held item at their facility. FEDEX needed “Superstore” to authorize FFL to pick-up weapon. FFL called “Superstore” and had to leave a voice mail. “Superstore” never returned his phone call and FEDEX sent weapon back. I have since tried to “Superstore” both by phone and by email. Going on the second week without any return communications to me.
Stay away from “Superstore” because they are so inept that they don’t communicate with customers."

"I was looking for a ruger sr9c and found one for a great price from them...marked NEW.
At first their customer service was great about responding to remove the 17 round mag due to my state getting ready to pass gun laws, and expidite shipping since they couldn't offer a discount for removing the 17 mag.
I started seeing bad reviews and requested they send valid proof before shipping that the firearm I was purchasing was in fact BRAND NEW in the box.
Well they stopped responding, until today when it was out for delivery to my local FFL. Well, pick it up and its missing the extended finger plate, DIRTY NASTY owners manual, slide is SUPER easy to work, meaning its been used ALOT and it smells like old gun powder. Upon inspecting the inside, its definitely used and now they don't respond or refund.
What can I do?! $350 overall a "new" gun thats obviously used used USED!"
"I ordered a gun online 12/16/19 (it was a V3 Tac13). I placed this order before reading reviews online and after reading reviews I got sick to my stomach and thought oh man what did I just do. I have never purchased a gun through this website, first one. I was at the point to where I was getting ready to cancel my order. However since I had already went through the process I figured I’d want it out and see what would happen. I paid for express shipping which was about 12 bucks to get the gun here before Christmas, west coast. The day I ordered it I did not receive a tracking confirmation for express shipping I started to sweat. I called and no one answered after three tries. I went to their website to send an email and they actually had a notice up saying the phone lines were down and apologize for the inconvenience. Again started sweating even more, figured I’d call one more time and then cancel my order. I called and spoke to a gentleman who said my order had been shipped out and I should receive a tracking information shortly by fed ex. Long story short I receive my gun in three days and it took for the FFL dealer longer to do their paperwork then it did to get the gun shipped. Overall I must say don’t always believe what you read I have a great experience with these people and I will definitely do business with them again in the future. In addition to this the gun I purchased was cheaper than most websites and they actually had it in stock, it’s a hot item. "I ordered a Savage Axis II and Weaver Kaspa scope package but I received a Bushnell Banner scope. I didn't realize that the scope was not the one ordered until I got home with it but from now on I am going to be sure to double-check every purchase before I accept it. This is not a huge issue but the retail values of these two scopes are vastly different and I paid for the more expensive optic so that's what I expected. When I called about the mix-up I was told that this was a manufacturer error and out of their hands but really the error was on their product title and description. If they were unble to produce the item that they sold me they should have reached out before shipping it to my FFL . I asked for the correct item to be sent or a partial refund and was told they would have to clear it with the big boss. Never heard back but when I called again they tried to tell be that I was given the "better" scope and that I should be happy with what I was given. Excuse me, I just want what I paid for. I sent an email repeating the issue but just got more excuses. I have opened a charge-back dispute for the price difference between the scopes which I think is more than fair to them. I kind of wanted to stick it to them for being so uncooperative and unapologetic for what really their problem. You can be sure I am definitely not going to buy from them again."

Purchased a gun, after a week or so, the gun was not shipped to the store that I chose from their websites list... they refuse to give me any refund information until they choose to have the gun shipped back to them. May have to charge back with my bank. Save yourself the headache."

Gun was just as advertised if you are the kind of person that wants to have someone answer the phone I called multiple time got one call answered and was told it would take 5-7 business days. "Just like many of the other reviews here, I received a damaged gun, sold as new, from Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore. Also never received an email confirmation. Their support has been pretty useless in actually resolving the problem. They did this during Black Friday sales/rebates, so I'm out of luck if I return it because I'll have missed out on the best deals of the year. Don't make the same mistake I did, avoid SOS. "
