That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"Hi Allstate, My experience with Walmart and you guys has been a nightmare. I had a computer keyboard I purchased through Walmart on line. I purchased a extended warrantee. Wel the keyboard died. I spent close to 6 1/2 hours trying to get someone to help me. That was the first day. Second day same thing, dropped calls, customer reps assuring me it will be handled. Walmart supposedly sent messages to you and the manufacturer. Zip, NADA, Zero correspondence let alone where my keyboard is or if ever it's going to be sent to me either from the manufacture, Allstate or Walmart. I'm 71 and would like to use my computer again. This has been weeks worth of waiting for this encounter. I shall never purchase an extended warranty form Walmart again."
