"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"My HP laptop would not boot up because it could not find an OS because the SSD was not functioning. I opened a claim online, filled in all the data requested and hit submit.
I decided to take a pic of the Mod/Ser numbers on the bottom of the laptop. Flipped it over snapped the pic, all done! Then I thought it would be good to take picks of the boot error message and the F2 diagnostics I ran on the storage. Opened the lid, hit the power button and it booted up normally with no errors. OK,,,,,called Allstate and closed the claim and no further problems with the laptop! So I guess Allstate did the right thing, which was nothing! "
