"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."
"2 grass trimmers both covered under your $45 each warranty plans. Took 5 days, way too many phone calls, way too many chats and entirely too many emails to get you to understand that there are no businesses in the area that fix grass trimmers. Thank you for refunding the cost of trimmers but I did not get the money back from the warranties purchased. I will never buy anything from suaretrade or all state going forward "
