"When I purchased my printer, I also purchased the extended warrantee , not knowing how important that would turn out to be. As it turned out my printer developed a non repairable problem determined by the manufacturer.
That it when Square Trade came in and took control . They checked the purchase , and warranty info, and refunded my purchase. Thank You."

"The scheduling from the office was not efficient. The logistics of having a few visits within 50 miles of one another were not scheduled correctly. Mt window was 900-1200 and he arrived at 130pm. The technician MAX, was quick to verify that we knew what we should be doing and that we needed a malfunctioning part replaced. Of course Square Trad, under Allstate had shipped the part ahead of the technician and therefor he was able to fix it immediately. Max is very mechanical minded and did an outstanding job. He was very personable and professional. The overall Square Trade/Allstate experience was outstanding again."
