"I use Startex on many of my properties and it has become impossible to continue due to ????? I dont know why. I had to use someone else on the last 2 properties for confusion on startex and requiring extra information then nobody calls me back. You can't ask someone to email information before lights get turned on and then never call them back. I was a loyal customer"

However, the new change to the accounts, which require current customers to have to set up a new login has been quite stressful. My issue still has not been resolved.
