"Not the best.Horrible, in fact. Online indicating that bill due 3/22. Yet power was turned off on a week earlier. When I logged on to see what was going on with my account indicated that bill was due by 3/22... There was NO indication on my account online that disconnection order was pending. Customer rep indicated that it was sent via mail which i am yet to receive. I don't understand why in 2018 that the technical capability isn't there to ensure that the status of an account is accurate online. Important communication should NOT be communicated by mail, especially when no tracking of delivery is not included. I get tons of marketing materials via email but NO communication on a pending disconnection notice!. Just UNACCEPTABLE. It feels like disconnection is a tactic to collect other fees...Just not right!"
