"Fix your online billing to include “disconnection” dates. When your invoices online don’t reflect this and many of us only look at online NOT letters in the mail... our families lives were disrupted with a disconnection that was NEVER indicated “ONLINE”! All is says online is that there is a balance due 6 days after the actual disconnection and that there’s a balance forward from the previous month. No indication of a disconnection coming earlier than the balance due. Your online presence is flawed and needs to be fixed. Thanks, Brad Young"
