"I've been with Star Tex for over 7 years. I have never had any bill8ng issues. Anytime I have ever called customer service it has always been a very short wait time for a representative. The one time I was on hold an unexpected amount of time, I was sent an appology letter which included a gift card to Starbucks! You really can't beat that! This showed me they appreciate that my time is valuable. Thank you Star Tex (Constellation) for being the best energy company around!"

"get the START date correct. I requested 6/18 and he did it for the SAME day we talked which violated my current contract and is now a NIGHTMARE to deal with. He put in the WRONG start date and this is going to be SUCH a headache to deal with."
