I would have changed my mind in an instant if someone would have called me and asked the reasons for leaving and making me a similar offer. Instead I received a bill and a fee days after."

"The first 2 calls were awful..I called and got someone who was rude and insisted I listen to him...a man with a Indian accent- offering me a $100 gift card. After 10 minutes of being nice I demanded to speak to a person about my bill...it took my husband getting on te phone and getting very angry and still this man was horribly rude. The was the 73-917 number listed on my email to call customer servic...he NEVER transferred me to a person that I needed to speak to. I then called the Business number got a very nice lady named Rayshika?? and she had me transferred to Daniel #C072664 and he took care of giving me an account number...tis is the only reason I called. I have a history with StarTex and have never had any issues but this first man got my credit card number and was going to send me a $100 gift card...after the 10 minutes I demanded to speak to a person that could help me and I told him I DID NOT WANT ANYTHING from your company other than to speak to a reasonable intelligent calm person and I did tell him he was stupid and rude which he was being at this time...my husband got more explicit because of how unprofessional and disrespectful he was being to me...no different than any man would do if his wife was being harassed. When a customer calls in for help...none of us want to be asked if we want to BUY or Pay for a gift....I hope that this man does not take my information and use it to harm us because-- this will be on StarTex's for hiring oversea's rude dishonest people to represent them. I am a great consumer...if your good I say so if your not...I say so!"
"Overall, I wasn't happy with what Star Tex put me thru. When I tried to renew thru the website, an confirmation email was sent. The rates were so far off to what I was offered. I talked to a customer rep (Dana) and that didn't work. Finally, I was sent a new confirmation, but I couldn't open the attachments and kept getting an error message. JD was the only one who finally sent me the attachments that I could open. It's obvious somethings not right on Star Tex end when it comes to sending out EFL and such. I hope this gets corrected. I warned my neighbor (Star Tex customer) about what NOT to do when she renews. I told her to call customer service instead of doing a renewal online."
