She stayed on the phone with me until the issue was resolved and made sure I had her contact info in case I had any further issues. Pricing is great for your products, but your CS staff is what has me sold on your company. I will now be a regular customer. "

"I placed an order with you on Nov. 2nd, but then realized that I had been charged tax. I thought that you used to have our tax exemption on file, but there was no record of it. I called, and the rep I spoke to was helpful and canceled the order and told me to send in our tax exemption certificate which I did on the same day. I did not hear back from her, so checked on it last week. I was told I needed to fill out another form and send that in, which I did. "Extremely disappointed. I will never order this item again as all the paper bags are over glued. The sides of the bag is glued to the bottom of the bag. Thus, you can not open up the bags without tearing a portion of the bag. The entire shipment can not be used for our business."
