"So me and my friends travelled over to Munich in Germany for a football match (Bayern Munich vs Rb Leipzig) I was told we would receive the tickets on the Friday and I didn’t so I decided to email Stubhub and try contact them to see what the story with the tickets was 3 hours before the match I got let down with the tickets from them as they could not get through to the seller, I would highly recommend to anyone ever thinking Of using this website never to trust it as it in unreliable and not loyal to its customers after travelling abroad and spending a large sum of money for the tickets, they can’t be trusted and when you purchase the tickets you should be given them with in a few days of the purchase not a few months, this was meant to be a Christmas present now it’s ruined, I’m also waiting to be compensated by this company ....... Stubhub are scum and they are a fraud of a company, please don’t put yourself into my situation by trusting stubhub "

"If I could give a 0 stars I would. We called to purchase two tickets for an event in San Francisco. We were told that they do not allow debit or credit card numbers over the phone but instead we have to purchase ebay gift cards for the amount of the ticket. So once we did that we contacted the specific seller back he took the $400.00 and gave us a ticket number. Then he said we had to go purchase another $400.00 of ebay cards to activate the tickets but that it would be refunded to us with-in 5-7 minutes. This sounded to much like a scam so we requested our money back. The seller told us it would take 75 to 80 business days to refund our original purchase amount yet it would only take 5-7 minutes to refund the second amount. We asked to talk to a supervisor and after a few minutes the same individual came back on claiming to be a supervisor. Now the story was that tickets are not refundable. We never received any tickets. The "supervisor" then hung up on us. We tried to contact them back but our number has been blocked by them. So we are out $400.00. Everyone beware of these thieves.

"By far this will be the last and first time I will ever use Stubhub and I hope whoever reads this will take my advice before selling tickets on there. I understand that experience will vary for others but by far I have never been so disappointed in this so called organization.
First of all, Patrick D from the market place investigations team along with all his partners have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. To give you guys a back story, I sold a wristband ticket for a music festival. I get an email from Patrick D stating that my ticket was fake and not given access to the festival. I was given the chance to dispute this by providing them with the necessary documents. In the email I received, stubhub stated I would need to send them my order purchase number, receipt, along with either a scan report or written documentation proving that my ticket was never used. If I was not able to obtain a scan report or written documentation I am able to have a conference call with stubhub and the venue.
After having a phone call with Patrick D he was trying to argue with me that a conference call was not allowed and he never stated that in the email... from right then and there I knew this company is a scam. I still proceeded with providing them the necessary documents diligently in a timely manner Since Ticketmaster went out of there way to write me a letter saying my ticket was never used or attempted to gain entry.
Fast forward, two months after providing them the documents needed I get an email from stubhub threatening to send me to collections. I call the market place investigations team to see why and they have the audacity to say that I never submitted the documents in a timely manner. After trying to explain to them that I did and I have proof of time and date of went I sent it, all they said was sorry we can’t help you. You either pay or go to collections. What I’m really confused on, is that I replied back to the email chain we were communicating on and yet they don’t have my documents?
I would not recommend this company to anyone. They don’t even deserve a star. I’m not one to write a review but this situation has gotten me so aggravated, it would be stupid not to. "
"I decided to sell some Big 12 Championship tickets on StubHub. The day before the game, I sold the tickets on hand and went to delete the listing and it would not allow me to delete it. Customer Service did not pick up the phone earlier. The next morning StubHub called me saying that someone just purchased the ticket and I needed to fulfill those tickets. I informed them that I already sold the tickets and I could not fulfill them. The lady told me that everything is fine and that I will not be fined what so ever. 2 days later, I received an $80 charge on my credit card on tickets that were supposed to sell for $110 for both. I contacted StubHub and they told me there is nothing I can do and that I agreed to this charge. That is entirely false and is a scam. I was told there would be no charge and they charged me $80. Not only that, the lady on the phone was entirely rude and said she would end the phone call if I was not being "professional". She said I agreed to this and then shortly after she hung up on me. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I will never buy or sell with this company again. "
"This was our first time selling tickets on Stubhub and we will not use them again. The site that I had the tickets a indicated a transfer though at the end of the prompting would not allow it to go further. The buyer contacted the company as well...my 10 calls, one being on hold for over and hour and a half, got us no where. Not only did I lose the $112 (I was taking a loss by listing it at $85 with a pay out of $75) but also $67 fee because we couldn’t resolve it though we had figured it out. Make sure to fully research anything you are selling...there is at LEAST a 40% fee if something goes wrong. They would not even try to help out "
"I sold 2 Jack Whitehall Tickets worth £232.00 each with VIP access to O2 arena and the buyer said that the tickets were apparently denied entry which is impossible because the tickets were genuine and I got charged a stupid fee of £60.20"
"I bought tickets for a certain section but when they sent the tickets it was a totally different section. I called to get answers and was told the new section was an upgrade and the seller would give me $150 to trade them. For this particular show these seats were not an upgrade in my opinion so i said no. the solution was putting me in a side section which was also not near as good then the seller refused to give me a discount. I called again because the tickets i now have are actually half the cost of my original section so i wanted the discount and was refused. It was total bs.
Then I contacted StubHub on Facebook through messenger and they actually gave me $150 credit for a future purchase and refunded my Service fee for the trouble since the seller wouldn't do anything. They also assured me if the tickets were fake they would refund my whole purchase if they couldn't get me to the show somehow."

"I thought Stub hub was reputable name, however when I purchased tics on a whim 2 hrs prior to show start - they never delivered! I NEVER got even an email confirmation, in long call hold, live agent was no help - tickets were "in hold" whatever that meant. I ordered from another vendor and got IMMEDIATE email confirmation and download. The next day I called to refund my money on item never delivered. They told me tics were delivered to an app 20 MINUTES PAST SHOW START! ( I didn't know I needed an app to receive the tickets - I still never got an email confirmation of the purchase!) They wouldn't refund my money, I am still in dispute with my credit card for her $300! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. "

"I bought 3 tickets online from Stubhub to watch an NBA game between the Toronto Raptors and Orlando Magic at Scotia Bank Arena, Toronto, Canada last Nov 20, 2019. Sad to say the tickets were not honored at the gate. Security told me that Scotia Bank Arena is not accepting tickets purchased from Stubhub. We can only be let in if Stubhub will request Ticketmaster to send me the original tickets. I was then told by a Stubhub staff over the phone to wait 5 to 10 minutes for my tickets to arrive by email. Nothing received. After 20 minutes I gave up as the game had long started. I just asked for a refund. Stubhub did not refund me until after 2 weeks. They said they need to investigate first. Why would I not get a refund right away? Regardless of the outcome of their investigation, the fact that the tickets were not accepted, I should be refunded without delay and with no conditions. When they finally refunded me, it was short of CA$12.28. That is due to fluctuating dollar conversion rate. I have to ask help from the credit card company to force Stubhub to refund the balance. But how about my 3 train round trip tickets that cost me CA$37? That goes down the drain!
My advice, do not buy tickets from Stubhub if the show is at Scotia Bank Arena. You will be wasting your time and possibly your money."
"Stub Hub is absolutely terrible. Purchase at your own risk. I had a group of friends traveling from around the country to NYC to see a Broadway show. I purchased eight tickets. The tickets were never sent. I called eight times and was assured they would be delivered before the show date or would receive equal or better tickets in exchange. I called customer service eight times and was assured that the tickets would arrive on time. The night before the performance, after talking with customer service once again, they emailed the tickets....except on closer examination, the tickets were for a performance on the entirely wrong night. When I called back they told me they were sorry but the show was sold out and there were no tickets available for the night I had purchased. This was an absolute nightmare!"
"Worst experience ever! I bought a ticket as a gift and they didn't put it for download, I spent several days complaining and StubHub didn't solve the problem. It's a lie that they said to me and I quote here "you are protected under the Fan Protect
