"Airline cancelled the flight, and offered alternative route on a different airline. However, StudentUniverse IT system did not permit operators to finalise a ticket reissue in this corner case. Unfortunately, I got stranded at the airport as a result of that. Otherwise, the humans in the loop provided excellent support. Never before did I find myself recognised by voice at a call center! Please fix your systems, they fail everyone once things leave the standard path. Be aware StudentUniverse might be technically unable to help you despite all human efforts in case of complicated flight cancellations."
