"There was numerous back and forth emails asking for card information, payer ID info, a booking fee was deducted off the card - and then i was told that they were not able to take payment off my for the flight. I contacted my bank and they could not pick up any reason why this ticket was not processed, there were no restrictions from the banks side. so after numerous emails back and forth with Student Universe the booking was cancelled and i am still awaiting the booking fee to be refunded to my card
