“Hi, sorry your flight was delayed and rescheduled. However, it was not StudentUniverse that caused the flight delayed/rescheduled (wish we could have the power so we would never delay/cancel any flights). Besides, it was the airline that offered some options for the passengers to choose the next available flight, and we could only follow what the airline told us and offered. No matter which agencies you choose, or even you choose the airline directly, it is very likely that nothing much would improve in this case. Sorry you had a bumpy trip but honestly we had tried to assist our customers and we are glad your rescheduled flight worked out. ”
