"I had an easy time navigating the site and booking my flight to Japan for a study abroad trip. The only thing I was frustrated with, is not all flights come up. When I would Google or search on United airlines site for example, I was able to find additional and better flights. I still was able to find a good flight for a good price but it was confusing to not find the direct flight that I saw on other websites "

"The so called "discounted prices" were not discounted at all and were actually much more expensive than booking directly with the airline. I found this to be the case for numerous flights. You also cannot choose your own seat unless you call and pay an additional $8. Ridiculous "
