"Not clearly stated that Qantas flight was operated by jetstar and did not include meals, seat choice, only 1 piece luggage all up 7kg. I packed 7kg plus a handbag Ai did not want to check in baggage due to the problems lately with lost baggage. But with jetstar you are only allowed 1 piece luggage all up 7kg and I'm not able to pack that light for a 3 week holiday in a cool climate as a female traveller. So I do have to check in my baggage and can only hope for the by best. "
"I booked my flight to dc for thanksgiving and the website showed it was an economy ticket. My receipt from student universe showed it was economy as well. When i put in my going confirmation in the United app, it showed it was basic economy and I would have to pay to upgrade, even though I paid for what I thought was an economy ticket already. I called customer support twice: the first person I talked to was very dismissive and did not try to help my situation. The second person I talked to, her name was Mary, was very nice and helpful, and put in a request to honor my economy ticket with United. I’m not sure if there was a glitch in the website but it’s not showing the basic economy tickets. A little disappointed because I’ve booked many times with Student Universe and never had this issue. I’m also looking at booking my return ticket and it is still showing economy for basic economy tickets. I hope this gets fixed in the near future. "
