Basic economy class tickets cannot be changed or canceled, as it is made explicitly clear before flights booked. You can find such info when adding a basic economy ticket to cart, and at the checkout page as well.”

"I did not have the payment confirmation and no charge was made to my credit card, but now i’m not sure if my flight is confirmed or not, in the airline page when i use the reservation code, my booking is confirmed but not paid, and i dont know if i have to pay in the airline site or student universe will process the payment at some point. Could be more clear about the payment processes in case it takes more than a few hours.
