"I ordered "Photoshop for digital photographers" by Scott Kelby on a Sunday, order was processed and book shipped on the next Friday, book was received the following Friday. I am happy with the price. My only gripe is that it took 2 weeks to receive my book. I would by from them again, but not if I needed the book fast."
"I had a terrible experience with this website. They made an "error" in their inventory, but did not voluntarily tell me about it, until I inquired. I purchased a text book on their site, and it took too long to arrive, so I emailed them. They apologized for the error and gave me an option to cancel. I told them that I would like to check one other place before making my decision. When I bought the textbook, and emailed them back the very same day, (within hours) they already shipped the textbook to me without giving me a chance to cancel. Then they had the nerve to tell me that if I return it, I will have to be responsible for the shipping AND insurance. I think the customer service is very poor!"
"Three days after the order I am checking status and it shows that 1 book shipped today. I sent them an e-mail to see if the second book shipped along with it and they sent me an e-mail back to check the website for status in a generic, robotic e-mail. If you need your books for a college course this is definately not the place to order from. 4-14 days of shipping after 3 days of processing.

I received 2 additional replies back regarding the above e-mail I sent to them. One said the whole order shipped the other said they had a computer error and the other book did not ship since it is out of stock. Now I am really confused, did it or did it not ship. I requested they cancel the order if they did not ship the second book. Still waiting to hear back. Definately should have listened to that little voice in my head that said buy from Amazon or Barnes and Noble. I would have had both books already and wouldn't be posting here about my terrible experience. Some times it just doesn't pay to save 20 bucks."
"Don't order from this company if you need books in a hurry, especially if you're a student: Your grades will thank you. Pros: Very Low prices. Cons: Website gives no info on book condition OR stock status. They claim it can take up to 14 days for a book to ship, which is just a cover for them to find the book while their website tells you that it's already been shipped. In other words, they lie about shipping dates. There is no way to tell when a book will ship either, you just have to wait, and wait, and wait. Finally, many days later, they may finally tell you its on "backorder"."
"My only complaint is that it took 6 days (4 business days) from placing the order to shipping. Shipping was faster at 5 days (3 business)
I was contacted by email after placing the order and only after placing the order. My book arrived in perfect condition in a timely manner, which is all that matters.

"ordered on the 19th got a SHIPPING confirmation next day, waited 3 weeks , nothing.. emailed to complain to them, found out they have a website that i can check my status order, turned out they cancelled half my order without notifying me, didnt even refund the money back, the other half is pending, out of stock, whatever, didnt even notify me about that either, complained again about this to them, in which case they eventually refunded HALF my money back, which is bull, im tired of dealing with this s*it, "
"Bough two textboooks on 9/25/04. Prices were fairly good for new books, however neither of the books has arrived. According to the tracking numbers provided one of them was "mis-routed" by the shipper and the other was delivered to San Jose. My address is located in Davis, so they must have delivered it to someone else!! Awful seller--I would never buy from them again!"
"The book arrived Sept. 21, was ordered Sept 10. The item was shipped by media mail. The shipping could be faster but the prices can't be beat. Their feedback can also be seen on ebay with a similar username."
