"Ok, so I had heard great things about supplement warehouse, competitive prices, fast shipping etc..well the price match thing should have been my first clue, they should be upfront on the first page and list the exclusions. The second issue is that the order was placed on the 25th, money taken out of my account on the 26 early am, and here it is the 29th and my order is still "in process". After 2 different phone calls one on the 28th and another today the 29th i have been told the same thing now twice "well it should be shipped today". Guess what? Still "in process". I'm reading all these reviews about getting your order 2 days later etc...just having a hard time believing it. After a 3rd call today afternoon of the 29th, i am told that they are actually out of stock of 2 items i ordered, i canceled the order. They answer the phone pretty quick ill say that, but honesty seems to be lacking until the 3rd call. Beware!!! I will definitely be considering another source for my next purchase."
"I have placed 5 orders with Supplement Warehouse over the last year. I have used several other online retailers over the past 8 years to order supplements, and I can say with confidence that this store is the best, hands down.
They offer an outstanding meet-it-and-beat-it price match for an identical product sold by another retailer, meaning whatever you order with them, simply search for the same product...enter the lower price you find and the competing website and they match the price...then BEAT it by 5%. This alone should make this your #1 store. They aren't interested in jacking the prices to make the most money--they're interested in making more loyal customers and increasing their business volume, which works out in our (the shopper's) favor.
Take this outstanding policy, couple it with a superior selection of stuff (every size and flavor of the rainbow), FREE merchandise (not just your typical free-shaker deal) and fantastic customer service, and you'll be asking yourself the same question I did: Why haven't I been using SW all along? I only thing I regret is not having found the site earlier. (read on)
I had the pleasure of speaking with a customer service representative named Ashley regarding a product I received. This particular product comes in packets of powder, and a few of the packets were solidified--likely the manufacturer's fault. SW offered to replace the entire box, or credit me back for the purchase, no problem. These people are polite, professional, and courteous on the phone, and should you need to contact them, you will have a pleasant experience, unlike many other stores.
To elaborate on my "FREE" product statement: this includes things like 90-pack of multivitamins free with an order, free shaker with order, free samples of various bars, proteins, and other supplements, and shirts if buy certain products. Also, closeout items which include very expensive supplements with expiration dates approaching for $2 to $3. *All this of course depends on the availability of the items, etc--this was my experience today, at the time of this posting, when I placed yet another order. Check it out for yourself-just look for the "FREE" link in the middle of the page.
In summary, every experience I've had ordering from SW has been a good one. Good enough to recommend to the ladies and gents at the gym who I train with every day... and good enough for you. Try them once, and I guarantee you'll be surprised not only with how much $$$ you'll save, but with how great of an experience you will have.

"This has been the worst on-line vendor in the Supplement business to place an order. First, they cancelled the order without any type of notification. Second, they said I ordered a product that was 120 caps, but I ordered the 60 cap size using the price match, no one on the web has the product with 120 caps for the price that would equal the price match price, but the 60 cap size does. Third, after 2 weeks of back & fourth crap, I was told they have all the products. Now one week later I received an E-mail saying they do not have all the products. So I tried to cancel the order to only find out (so they said) they shipped the order. Do your self a favor and use another vendor, not worth trying to save a dollar with this "BS" vendor. "
"I've spent over $1000 in the past 6 months at supplementwarehouse.com and I have yet to receive a timely order. They promise that it will ship same or next day and will arrive in 8 days maximum. More than half of my orders haven't even shipped until after the promised 8 days. A previous order did not ship for over 2 weeks and when it arrived, was missing one item and noted that it was not in stock. I've asked them for reason or assistance or something other than a $2 discount coupon code and I have yet to hear a word. This will be my very last order. I have been going to the Supplement Warehouse for about three years, and every time I leave there 100% satisfied. First, their selection and "deals" are awesome, I always look for the good deals especially with the economy these days. Second, every time I am in there, their customer service is GREAT. "I'm a repeat customer at Supplement Warehouse, I frequent the warehouse about 2x's a month. The employees are great and all of them are eager to help with any questions you have and if they don't know the answer they will get someone that does have the answer. They're very knowledgeable on all of their products.
The price comparision shopping is an added bonus, the warehouse has anything imaginable for whatever you might be looking for.
I've told several people about the warehouse and their visit has been the same as mine, they're now repeat customers and have told other people as well.

"I would like to know how an order that hasn't been packed or shipped is scheduled to arrive well within a certain amount of time? It only takes a day for me to receive packages shipped UPS Ground from WI, so maybe they had plenty of time in their schedule to ship the package.
I ordered some whey protein isolate. There was no explanation given for why my package hadn't shipped 48 hours after I placed it, and there was no guarantee it would ship that day, so I canceled it. My credit card was still charged though (but was refunded).
All in all, it was not a horrible experience, but it was not good. They called me a month after I canceled my order, the day I wrote this review. My order mysteriously appeared on the customer service manager's desk and she wanted to discuss it with me. Ha! There was nothing to discuss - enough of my time had been wasted on the phone with customer service when I was simply trying to find out when my package would ship. I went to a competitor after I canceled my order and they shipped the same product on the same day. I received it 2 business days later. That's how it should be done folks! It's very easy to see who will get my repeat business. "

"Ok, I made my first order with s.w. on sept 4, on the same day I ordered a pair of shoes off another site. My shoes came in on 9-11 my order from s.w. had not. I sent them an email wondering where my package was and if i would get a tracking number from ups. I recieved an return email the next day saying that my shipment should be out soon and I would receive a tracking number and. 3 days later i still had not received a tracking number from u.p.s. I sent another email again inquiring about my shipment and why after 10 days after my order it hadnt been sent out yet. Two days later I received an U.P.S. tracking number and verification of shipment from ups and sw for a delivery date of 9-21. I also recieved a notice that my BCAA product would not be shipped and was back ordered. I asked for a refund which i received for the held back item. Now they honored all my price matches. Their shipping costs are some what exorbant compared to other sites, but on the same hand it was cheaper that local sales tax. S.W. is a good company to order from as long as you make your order 2-3 weeks in advanced of when you will actually need the product."
