I purchase a utility shower that was specified as having a chrome brass shower riser. Upon arrival of the product, it was a galvanized steel shower riser. I called Supplyhouse to explain the issue and that I would like them to send me a chrome brass shower riser to replace the galvanized steel one that came with the product. They declined, offered $10 credit and that was that.
Like I said this has never happened before in all of my dealings with Supplyhouse, even back to when they were Pexsupply.com.
Just a little disappointed, looking elsewhere for a chrome brass shower riser now."
"The order experience was good, as were prices. Shipping cost was reasonable and sufficiently prompt. However, there was way too much packaging filler: plastic bagging and bubble padding when zero was needed for the items that were ordered. There was no risk of damaging the items ordered had padding been omitted. Also, more eco friendly padding (no plastic) would be better."
