"I purchased two DTC1181Y2K Bios Upgrade cards (CRD10030). One of them performed flawlessly. The second was a dud and required an RMA exchange. I had no problems with the exchange department --they did everything they were susposed to on time and by the numbers. I only have two gripes:
First: These were SUSPOSED to be NEW cards. That's how they were advertised. Instead, the dud card had been RETURNED BEFORE by ANOTHER CUSTOMER. (I still have a photocopy of that customer's complaint.)
Second: It cost me more in fax fees and S&H to send it back than it did to buy both cards in the first place. I'd like the option to send in my RMA forms via e-mail and free return shipping on exchange products."
