"I have made several purchases, but don't keep the receipts very long because I have learned to trust their practices with my first purchase in 2002. I bought an upgrade motherboard for my old computer with the processor installed, but I wasn't sure how to order compatible memory. So I added a note to the order saying if they could provide the memory to add it to the order. When the order came (with the memory chips!), I installed it and nothing happened when I powered up but a blue screen. I rechecked everything and could find nothing wrong, so I called their help line and went over everthing with their technician and he could find nothing wrong either, so he said and I could return mine and they would send a replacement. To save all the turn around time, I asked if I could buy a replacement and then return the bad one, he said sure. When the new board came, I discovered an unused case post was shorting some board components to ground. After removing the case post, both boards worked fine. When I called to tell them of my assembly error, they said, "No problem, send either one back and we will send a refund.""
