"I've been doing business with this company for about a year and a half or so. Most of the transactions have been satisfactory, except for this one. It was a SCSI hard-drive that just would not work. First drive sounded like the bearings were shot. I went through their laborious RMA procedure, and eventually got another drive. It sounded better, but was not recognized by my system (Adaptec 2940UW adapter). Even when it was only drive on the adapter, would not work. I emailed them about getting another RMA, and eventually had to call them to get one. I did get a refund on the price of the original invoice, but I only found out about it when I checked my credit card statement. For the most part, I have been happy with this company, but their RMA policy really is awful. I still think I should be compensated for at least one of the shipping charges to return a defective drive."
