"I have been dealing with Surplus Computers for more than a year I have placed more than twenty orders in that time. I have had no problems with the orders. My only complaint is a minor one. Surplus gives no option to ship to another address. This makes it harder to recieve items at work. Like I said this is a minor problem."

"This item was returned as new/defective per their instructions on their RMA 576072 in July 2004. As of 1/28/2005 I have still not received either a replacement nor a refund. Emails that I have received from their RMA manager have assured me that they are sending the item out. - ha ha. "

"Very good store to deal with as long as you don't have to deal with returning items. The returns department is apparently very overwhelmed, doesn't return phone calls, and is hard to get a hold of. Once you do, they're pretty good about handling things, although refunds can be a bit slow."
"I have ordered from Surplus Computers three times, and have been extremely satisfied with the service and prices. The merchandise was shipped promptly, it arrived on time and did what it was supposed to do. I haven't had to deal with customer service on any issues--what can I say? They did it right the first time!
I expect to continue to order from Surplus Computers as I see the need and have the money (the latter being they key part--there are items offered that I'd like to order NOW).

I ordered @ 9pm tonight, And these guys must work into the night or a home business or something. I have a online tracking number 6 hours later. And ever time i order from them i get my stuff in usually 2 days. They are not too far away. Their stuff is surplus so im sure any bad reviews on here are on a few bad products that slip through. but their fast service and great prices make up for it."
"This is not the 1st time I have ordered from Surplus Computers. Last time they did not send one of my items. This time they sent me the wrong item and charged me more for the item that I actually ordered in its place. Tried to contact them but they won't return email and they don't have any link on their site telling the customers what to do if you got the wrong item.
My last order proved to me what is advertised is not what you will receive in the mail. I also received broken items which they are not willing to replace and according to their' sales policies you are stuck with what you purchase and will not be reimburst, furthermore, if the product that you got is not functioning or it is the wrong product you are responsible for shipping and re-shipping it back to them in order to get a replacement. In a nutshell, whatever they can box that is mislabeled and broken is what you bought and stuck with.
You will not save any money because they will get you on shipping charges and not to mention used and broken goods as well as false advertisement.
I am very disappointed with them so far. Unless they get back to me ASAP and replace the items or reimburse me I will no longer purchase from them.
Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else."

"Motherboard ordered Nov. 4 received it on Nov 12, but was not what was advertised. Tech support approved return for exchange. After more emails, I received RMA and They received it back on Dec. 7th. I called about a week later and they said they were out of stock on the right one, so I asked them to reimburse my credit card instead. No response to emails requesting the credit to my card, but finally received a replacement board. Again the wrong version. On Jan 14th They agreed that it was their mistake and would send me a call tag for return and credit. Not received yet and I am still out the cost for shipping and return of the first board.
Good company to buy from as long as they send you the right merchandise and you don't have to return anything. Then it sucks.
