"This order was received promptly, with all items ordered. However, I am still waiting to see a small credit for an item that was order that was out of stock from invoice #636693. Although the item was not shipped there was no note of when it might ship or any indication of a credit for the amount billed. I had to contact customer service. Also the order I placed in early November took about two months to finally receive the printer that was supposedly out of stock, but the website continually showed the item to be in stock. I have been a customer for several years and in general my experiences have been positive.

"I have ordered 5 refurbished monitors from them on 2 seperate occasion. On the fist order it took me over 1 month to get the 2 monitors I ordered. They shipped 1 moniter 2 weeks after the order was placed and then I waited over 3 weeks to receive the next one. I never received a tracking number after numerous requests to receive one. "I just placed my first order and I'm less than impressed. Out of the 5 items I ordered I had problems with 2 of the ordered items. The DVD burner doesn't like my blank DVD's and if I return the unit they say I'll be charged a restocking fee, so I'm stuck with 100 blank DVD's that I can't use. The other problem and the biggest is, I ordered and paid for anATI9600SE and I received an ATI9200SE, if I wanted the 9200SE I could get it for less from my distributor, so far they haven't replied to me regarding the problem with my video card order. I suggest people use caution when dealing with this company. While they do have some good legitimate deals ( I also got the WinTV and it works great for the price), be cautious and if you have problems with your order good luck! They don't appear to be on the consumers side. Customer service appears to be lees important than getting the orders and receiving the money. What ever happened to customer satisfaction?"
