"I've purchased several items from these guys, and up til now all has gone quite smoothly. In November I ordered some software, and they sent the wrong item. I contacted them, and they sent out a replacement without requiring me to return the other item ... very nice. However, the replacement software was wrong also ... they're supposed to be sending out the third attempt now. OK ... so sometimes things get screwed up. They have been very good about rectifying the problem, and all my previous purchases have been great. I will continue to buy from them. "

I received at least two emails that the address didn't match my credit card address (I added Gnd Fl Apt) and I was asked to give the 3 digit security code. I sent back the information and spoke by telephone to two representatives who said the mistake had been corrected and the product would be sent to me. After more than a one week period and not receiving the product I told them they didn't want my business. A very unpeasant experience."

"This company is a SHAM! Absolutely HORRIBLE service. It is impossible to reach anyone by phone. 80% of the time you will receive a product that does not work, is broken, or is not even what you ordered. To return the item, you need to fill out a cumbersom RMA form, and email it back to them. You are at their mercy to respond -- which is sometimes NEVER. The customer service at this place is an absolute JOKE. I had to put a hold on my credit card on the charges to get any response from this company. "

However, their website needs to be more synchronized with what they actually have in-stock. I ordered a PC game and was only notified that it was out of stock after personally contacting them a week later."
"I received confirmation of order e-mail on 12/16/04. My credit card was charged on 12/19/2004. I attempted to contact the company via their e-mail address ****@**** several times. They claim that they will respond within 24 hours to e-mail request but I have yet to receive a response. I have tried several times to call them which they claim that they will return calls within 48 hours but I have not received any response from them. I have contacted my credit card company to stop payment so I can get my money back and left a message on their phone recorder to cancel my order and return the money to the credit card and there has been no response."
