Outstanding experience

"This was my first encounter with the company. I was searching for very specific items for my grandson’s birthday and found Sweetwater. I placed an online order, expecting to get all of my communication via email or text. Less than 2 hours after placing my order, I received a phone call from a Mr Graham, who said he’d be my personal contact! That blew me away! What was even better is the Mr Graham was fully knowledgeable about all of the products. He shared that he was a professional guitarist (17 yrs) and that if my grandson had any questions to give him his number and he’d help him with anything he needed! He also let me know when the product would ship and arrive and then followed up by email with the same info and later, with an update! The products arrived on time and my grandson loved them. I had a truly outstanding experience and will continue to buy from them whenever I need musical products. Thank you to the company and Mr Graham for making my initial experience so rewarding and enjoyable. "

"Rob is the best! Knowledgeable, honest and goes above and beyond!!! I came over from Musicians Friend because I ordered an item in December of 2020. After months of stories, I reached out to Sweetwater and was lucky to get Rob. He didn’t promise me the rainbow - he gave me accurate and honest status reports and called me directly!!! "I have dealt with many companies which sell equipment. These folks are the best! After placing the order they called me to tell e the item was on back order and asked if I wanted a substitute or cancel the order. I decided to keep the order. The item arrived slightly ahead of the new scheduled date. Their personal attention to detail is amazing, or should I say sweet?"

Awesome buying experience

"Thanks to Sweetwater and my sales Engineer Clint Bransteter, I was able to get the cab the matches my Mesa Mark V 35 head. In these difficult times when all the products are difficult to get because of supply issues worldwide, Clint was able to provide me with a great alternative of a lightly used (returned) cab. The cab arrived in excellent shape and the price was even better. Not to mention the fact that it got to me right on time. I thank Sweetwater and Clint for helping me out. I later got follow up emails from Clint to make sure everything was in order. Great, awesome, customer service."

Buying guitars online

"Many years ago I would never even think of buying a guitar online. I need to see if I can “connect” with it and if it feels good in my hands before pulling the trigger on a new one. However my past 2 new guitar purchases have been through Vaughn at Sweetwater and I couldn’t be more pleased! "Someone stole my CC info. Justin at SS caught it. My bank caught it. Justin was off, so his bossman took over, for nearly 2 hours. He wanted to show his white male-ness by thinking I had perpetrated this fraud on them. He postured that he felt this was unusual. He said he would have to check "with marketing." Whatever that means in his world. Then he took issue with my password.
