"I've had several purchasing experiences at Sweetwater... from a Taylor guitar and Yamaha piano, to all sorts of equipment fru-fru. Kurt is my product guru and he and the rest of the Sweetwater team simply deliver the best customer service I've ever encountered! If you are thinking of whether to utilize Sw for a major musically related purchase, or ANYTHING else in their massive gear catalog... just go for it. You will not be disappointed!!! mike arango and the crew were great as usual

"what can i say, sweetwater has become the benchmark for customer service.
i can buy the stuff i need anywhere. there are a ton of choices and a few might have a better price on occasion. but the attention that mike arango pays to my account is 2nd to none although i've heard friends and associates say the same thing about their sales engineer that they use so i assume they're are all great or they wouldn't be there.

unless it's a significant savings, i don't usually opt for any price adjustments. sweetwater prices are very fair and it's not worth it to me to save few bucks on most items elsewhere. i value the service, understanding and listening skills from mikes past life which more than qualifies him to assist me from experience rather than bewilderment about a product. and if it's an issue with a piece of gear that he is unfamiliar with he taps the egg heads in the backroom for tech help as well as offering access to some "onsite" manufacture reps that they probably keep locked up in another back room out there and feed and walk regularly.

if you're in the "music business" where it's beyond a hobby, and you count on your gear to earn money and to eat and sleep indoors regular just say, "hey google (or siri) dial SweetWater.

ps not a paid commercial, what they do just works.

Outstanding customer service from knowledgeable staff

"I was so impressed with John Beckas’ knowledge of the products I had questions about, and also with his understanding of the technical aspects and nuances involved with micing unusual instruments. He has a deep grasp of sound engineering, and clearly and patiently explained how those nuances would manifest in the project I was working on. I’m so glad I purchased my mics from Sweetwater—from now on this will be the first place I’ll shop for my recording needs."
