Because not I had to wait for 4 months for the merchandise to arrive but after arriving they didn't email me when was shipped and what was my package tracking # was. someone from sweetwater called me and left a voicemail that my package is on the way. After waiting for some kind of email from sweetwater I finally decided to give them call. I spoke to one of the representatives which at that point they told me that my package was delivered. I told the rep that I did not receive the package as he gave my the tracking # I realize that on that date and time I was home but nobody called me to open the door or any package was left behind my door also I had food delivery on that date and time which I received. The rep than told me that I have to contact Fedex and asked them what happened. I called Fedex and told them what happened they said that they going to investigate and call me within 24 hours. I called sweetwater again and told them what happened the other rep said we are going to investigate and call you with in 48 hours. Well I did not get a answer from either companies. So at this time I am very **** I called sweetwater again and talk with another rep again which I had to start over and say what happened. He simply said that the package was either lost or stolen. he told me again to contact Fedex. I called Fedex and complained again at that point the driver called me back and said that I don't remember delivering a package at your apartment maybe It was my other driver who delivered it. I said anyway I didn't got my package. to this date no-one from weetwater or Fedex has gave me strait answer. or refunded the money back to my credit card or send the replacement. I have never lost package that came from other companies or Amazon. they always email me and let me track my packages. Also they are good at refund and taking care of their customers. "
