- A better deal on the package - Uke, carry bag, tuner.
- Good packaging and advice on leaving the Uke in the packaging for temperature to settle.
- Small personal touches which makes me understand they care about what they sell. There was a bag of candies which shows they were trying to guess who would play the Uke (it was for a 10 year old. the candy was not eaten - but the personal touch matters)."
