"Place order for Gopher on 12/14/2005, guaranteed delivery before Christmas, kept checking on the order, when I saw it was not even sent, tried to call, no response, tried e-mailing, no response, tried the live chat, no reponse. I have ALL of the e-mails and phone records showing how many times I tried calling and e-mailing them. Sent numerous e-mails telling them to cancel the order, no response. On Jan. 12, 2006 it was left at my door. I tried calling and e-mailing them then also, no response. Opened the box to see if it was even the right product, it was not the Gopher as seen on TV, it was a knockoff, with the trigger in the palm area of your hand, not in the front, which is impossible to use. I got in contact with my credit card company and they have copies of all of my information, I am disputing the charges, was told not to send it back until I had a shipping label from them. Credit card company has subtracted it from my charges for now, until contacting tvmarketplace.net, last I heard they were having the same trouble getting ahold of them as I did.
P.Chris jr. we tried to cancel early with no responses, then we wouldn't have to be charged or return the item...When you advertise a GOPHER 'as seen on TV' that is what you expect to get. And with no responses was afraid to send it back, would never get a refund on the card, and was advised by my credit card company to let them handle it. Now is that address Bluemond or Bluemound? Or maybe Greenfield Ave.?"

Shipping status is the same for the past week which shows they have ordered USPS to pick the order. Has it been picked or not, God only knows.
Any order can be easily received in one week, but there are no signs of anything here after 10 days.
Finally, out of utter frustration, I've send a mail to cancel the order and refund back full amount to my account alogn with SHIPPING as no shipping has been done so far. "

"I ordered the sauna belt jan 25th for my husband. I found it at another site 10.00 cheaper and the shipping was half of what market place charged. I emailed them several times and called them several times. All I get is a recording that the mail box is full. Right then I knew it was a scam. They took my money from my credit card even though they knew I was canceling my order. I wish I had found this site first. Btw. Amazon.com has the same sauna belt for $29.00 plus shipping which is alot cheaper than market place. They must be operating out of an apt. How can they get away with this. I read all the disatisfied customer notes. I feel so bad that they have been ripped off. What can we do about a company like this?
This response from Chris at tv market place is bogis. I sent an email about an hr after I placed the order and it was night time so there is no way they shipped out the product. I emailed them several times and called several times to no avail. The never contacted me once. If I do get a refund its going to be minus the rediculous pricethey charge for shipping which was like
$10.95. And btw they claim they added more phone numbers to contact them on 1/27/2006. That is a flat out lie. They are quick to get your money and run but very slow or at contacting if they do at all. They just came on this board to try and cover their asses. Chris you know I contacted you the night I ordered the product and several times after that. There is no excuse for you sending out that item. I want a full refund plus shipping.
Tv market place never shipped the belt or charged me for it although they never contacted me once after telling them several times my email address is ****@****
Update tv market place waited till the last day they could charge my account and went ahead and took the money and shipped the belt almost a month after i canceled it. I called them and they assured me they would refund my money when I sent the belt back. They did refund my money."
"My order was placed 1/14/2006. Today is 1/27/2006. Over the past week I've called customer support three times. Each time the telephone went unanswered. I've also sent three emails over the past week to request status of the order. Still haven't heard back from them. Today, per instruction from my credit card company, I emailed customer service to cancel my order and kept a copy of the cancelation notice for record if a dispute is necessary. I can't even rate customer support as poor because it is NON-EXISTENT!"
