Some of the bags were just bags without a place to vaccum the air out - so what's the use of that and the web site didn't even mention that. All this to say - it was the worst $75 I ever spent and if I could have ever gotten a person on the phone, I would have returned them..."

"My only problem with this store was in the area of their communications to me re the status of the order. I received several e.mails telling me the order would be before Dec 25, but then I received a message from the shipper that it would be delivered "by Derc 29". This made me quite angry, and I sent an e.mail to the store telling them how disappointed I eas and would not use their services any more. However, the order WAS delivered Dec 24, so all my "mental anguish" was for naught. It appears that their communications could be improved to spare customers needless worry. I had purchased a replacement gift since I did not expect to get this one."

"I am totally dissatisfied with the product (the sapce bags). It doesn't hold any air. ALl the bags have leaked. I even had two other people try it to see if they could use them. We all got the air in, and it sealed, then two to three days later they were all full of air. The order also didn't come with any invoice, or paperwork included. The online service was rpompt, but the actual package was lacking directions, hints, return addresses, invoices.... everything! Thereturn time on the items is not very long, and with Christmas and it being a gift... I didn't even get to try them until the time was up to return them for a full refund... So, I sit with unusable space bags. BUMMER "
