"THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF ONLINE SHOPPING I HAVE EVER HAD. I ORDERED THE PRODUCT WITH THE WEBSITE'S PROMISE THAT IT WOULD ARRIVE BEFORE XMAS. I EVEN PAID FOR PROIRITY SHIPPING TO ENSURE ITS ARRIVAL IN TIME. WHEN I STILL HADN'T RECEIVED IT BY XMAS EVE, I CHECKED ON THE TRACKING AND IT HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED YET. I SENT SEVERAL POLITE EMAILS ADDRESSING THIS, AND I GOT NO ANSWER. I TRIED CALLING SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES EACH TIME BEFORE I GAVE UP. I OFTEN GOT REROUTED INTO A FULL VOICE MAIL BOX, AND THEN IT WOULD HANG UP ON ME. I GOT THROUGH ONCE AND LEFT A DETAILED VOICEMAIL MESSAGE, AND THAT TOO WAS IGNORED. MY ONLY RECOURSE WAS TO FILL THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE MAILBOX WITH OVER 20 DUPLICATE EMAILS TO CANCEL MY ORDER, AND NONE OF THOSE HAVE BEEN ANSWERED EITHER. I JUST GOT THROUGH TO A REAL HUMAN AND CANCELLED MY ORDER. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EVER! I SHOULD CALL THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND REPORT THIS COMPANY, AND IF I HAVE ONE PROBLEM WITH THEM BILLING MY CREDIT CARD AFTER THE HASSLE IT WAS TO TALK TO A REAL PERSON TO CANCEL THIS ORDER, I SURE WILL BE CALLING!"

"I placed an order on Dec 8, paid for priority handling. Order was not rec'd til dec 29th. I was totally scammed. Order was not as advertised and it was broken. In fact everthing in the boxes were broken. I feel this company is totally dishonest and will do everything to warn other shoppers. This is a fraudulent company!!!"

"I'm sorry but I have tried many many times to find out where my oder was. If I had known you guys had such problems with shipping people there orders I would have never even bothered. I even paid for FAST DELIEVERY...10 something for it and you all have still not sent me anything. I got a tracking number but it doesnt track anything it just tells me that ups got the billing ect. So yes I am very unpleased with this site right now. I hope that you all can fix your problems and come back from all the negative feed back you have gotten. Because this is no way to run a company. "Ordered an iRobot Roomba from TV Marketplace on 12/12/2005 that was advertised as "In Stock" as a Christmas present.

The product did not arrive in time for Christmas, and has not arrived now (it's been ~3 weeks since my order). I have received no email from TV Market Place explaining the reason for the delay, and they have not responsed to my email inquiry from about a week ago. Their phone number doesn't answer (messages full).

Will not order again from them.

Never got through via phone (tried twice) and couldn't access the live web customer service (tried once). "I have ordered 1 quantity of 'Sauna Belt Pro-Delux' and the total charge also updated for only 1 qty. But when i checked-out, the billing showed that, it charged for 2 qty. I have immediately sent an email, but received no responce. Next day again i sent an email but received no reply. Next day, i got a mail that the 2 quantities of same items is shipped to me. I have sent an email again 3rd time and also tried to reach them, but nobody is lifting the phone.

I will return it and get my refund anyway. But pls, DON'T DO IT.

Well, It is now December 29. No flashlights. And I live in Wisconsin! It should take this long to walk from here to there to deliver my products. Every time I call the number there is no answer. I have emailed 6 times with no replies, tried live chat with no person ever coming to "chat" and even contacted UPS. UPS says I need to contact TVMarketplace to get a track on the package that never made it here. So after numerous attempts, I am out $80 and have had no contact with anyone from TVMarketplace. Do I need to spell out my advice for the future TVMarketplace shopper? "DON'T DO IT!"

"Terrible experience with this website. Ordered a Roomba on Dec 21. Website indicated, in stock, available for Christmas with expedited shipping. Did all that. Order is stuck "In Progress" Can't get through to the vendor via any means whatsoever -- neither e-mail (not returned), chat (never picked up), phone (mailbox full).

I live not so far away from Brookfield Wisconsin, may just save myself all this aggravation by driving their and WATCHING them cancel my invoice.

"What a terrible company. I've never be so unsatisfied. I placed my order Dec 7th. The day I made my order I tried to contact them. Tried calling no answer! I tried emailing and tried live Chat nothing. I must say this is absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. I placed my order Dec. 7th. Tried to call the same day. The phone would ring 4 times and then hang up. I then tried to live chat. Waited for about a hour!! Then I emailed ...didn't get a respond. Then finally I got an email saying:

"THIS WEBSITE IS THE WORST WEB SITE I HAVE EVER ORDERED FROM.I placed my order on oct 9 for Sauna belt and i waited for 3 weeks and call back to see the status on my order, because the status on there website was always showes that its being under prossesing they told me that, this is on back order and i will recive on oct 31st.I waited till the 31st and call them again on nov 6 and they told me it will be shipped within 10 days, they gave me a $10 disc for the delay.I had call them like 100 times then FINALLY I got my belt on dec 1st. I am really disappoint with the service and the lies they had told me everytime I called. "I ordered and paid for two sets of the Forever-Everlife flashlights and have not received them. I ordered these the first of November for two birthdays in December and both the birthdays have come and gone and still NO FLASHLIGHTS!! I have called, tried to send faxes, sent emails and no response except for the first time I called on 11-9-05 and the man that answered told me they would be shipped on 11-14-05 and it would only take 2-3 days to get them. HE LIED!!! Now I can't even get a ring tone on dialing their number...just a fast busy signal!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A BIG SCAM!! "
