Today is 1/30. Still have not heard from the company. Website from order placed on 1/17 says: Status-in, processing-not charged (thats good anyway). Shipping status-not shipped. I sent e-mails and left a message to cancel the order. Web site status as of today (1/30) does not reflect this.
OK , I cannot find e-mails in any spam bin. You mentioned in a rather oblivious retort that if I did not want expedited shipping and handling, do not chose it. I chose it to get the package quickly, I did not care about the pricing for shipping and handling. I just expected my package. I ordered it on the 17th with expedited handling. When I checked my order on the 24th, it still had not shipped. I cancelled the order later that week. So much for expedited shipping. Poor."
"Ordered a Dance pad twin game set at the beginning of DECEMBER 2005!!! Have not received anything. Email was sent, numerous phone calls. Could never get through. Online information says that order is still pending. Haven't received any emails or information on whether they were lacking the correct address or why item has not yet been sent! After calling, when the phone finally rang, I got redirected to a phone mail box that was full and not accepting new messages. Have tried to call and contact this company numerous times - to no avail. Finally, I had to call my bank and put a STOP PAYMENT which cost me $30!!! If this company had any ounce of integrity or decency, they would send me a check reimbursing me for the $30.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!! Will file complaint with the Better Business Bureau immediately."

"I recently purchased an Ab Lounge from TV Marketplace in Dec. 2005 that was needed for a Christmas gift. The product arrived in plenty of time before Christmas. The overall experience with these folks was excellent. I have to say the UPS shipping left a lot to be desired in the way of handling of the package, for it was in very poor condition when it arrived. I feared maybe some of the parts were missing, but luckily they weren't. I reccomended another carrier to TV Marketplace since other items ordered from other companies came in much better condition. Overall, on a scale of 1-10, I would rate the complete transaction a 9, excluding UPS. I certainly would not hesitate in doing business with TV Marketplace in the future. Good communications, fast service, and friedly folks are a few of their attributes."
