"Arrogant and stuck up. Here is the deal just so everyone understands. The people that work here act buddy buddy with you then when there is a problem they turn you away telling you to contact the manufacturing co. You got to love that kinda customer service. And the deal with there stock. Take a G Loomis and order one. They have to contact Loomis and order from them, Thats why everything is back ordered half the stock is never in stock. And to top it off they write there own reviews on sites"

"Worst communication i have ever dealt with on a web site. For 3 weeks i have been trying to get a hold of someone anyone!! NO one EVER gets back me. And these stupid automated emails with reference numbers never work. Main store number just rings no one picks it up, Live chat no one is ever on. Will never do business with them again, watch out go else where to buy products avoid the hassle with this company!!"

"The item I ordered was on backorder although they emailed me saying it shipped. I called, they had no idea what to tell me. They said would find out how long it would be and call me right back. They never did. Now 888 number goes to a mailbox that is full. Main Store number rings and rings. Fax number ***-***-**** does receive. Repeated emails are replied to with a automated response and the online chat says leave a message. WTF?"

"Ordered fishing rod which was said to be in stock. Turns out item was on backorder but site was never updated. Stock availibility is completely wrong on this website. Contacted customer service, takes 1 full day for a response, and they never answered me when I requested an upgrade on shipping because item was on backorder. Also originally told item would be in stock the following Monday, contacted customer service on Tuesday and was then told it was only an estimate of when the item was in stock, and they never know when exactly they'll have my item in stock??? I guess if the item was in stock, I wouldnt have had any issues, but then again they should keep the site updated which THEY DONT!"

"Ordered item, came in a broken box and the reel was used. It was all scratched up with dings and dents and wasn't spinning right. Called up a few times to ask to return the item, they said they would keep get back to me,but they never did. Not worth the hassle."

"Good prices, reasonable shipping charges, they accept paypal, knowledgable staff. Not so good: Website needs update - store hours are listed wrong, items show 'in stock' that are actually back ordered... Customer service is lacking, my order showed 'in stock', but my order status was saying pending for a few days, I finally called and had to be transferred to another person who said that item was back ordered and wont be in until early 2008! Oh well, they cancelled my order and I found one elsewhere..."
