"The ordered fishing pole arrived on time, but with a bent tip, clearly damaged in shipping. It's covid days, and shipping is kind of a mess, so I get that, but never the less was not pleased that a new $300 pole arrived damaged. One email to tackle direct got a quick response with an apology and even a shipping label to return the pole for a new one. Tips are easy to replace, so I did that rather than send it back, but the quick response and offer to replace it was what good companies do! I'll be back again the next time I need some new gear ... the pole is working great BTW ;-)"
