He insisted on placing my order over the phone instead of helping login to the website. When I reviewed the order on email, the zip code was wrong and it was not even in use by the postal service. I had to call a second time to get it changed before it was shipped out. The second representative was helpful and resolved the problem quickly. I still can’t use the website!"
