Again, after a 20 mintue wait, the phone was answered and I was able to place my call. This seems to happen alot at your sales/promotions times especially. Hope this can be corrected in time for the holiday season!!"

"I called twice the first representative was completely inept it was an off shore location I could not understand rep she could not handle exchange and informed me that the shirt I wanted to exchange was not available in petite which is what I needed and saw on line I asked to be transferred to US cs rep but she said the shirt was unavailable and hung up- I waited a for a few minutes called back cs and was able to connect with a terrific rep who spoke English and expidedited my exchange process quickly and efficiently"
