And I could re-order it he would cancel my Lost merchandise and refund me . I spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting for this to take place. The associate was kind of hard to understand, I could tell he was from another country. That’s so frustrating to say the least."

Called in 2 times after I got the order placed and shipping info 2nd person told me had corrected the problem , but had not billing address was same as shipping. 3rd person did take time to check order said she could not change billing address but assured me it was charged to my Talbots card and in my profile it showed my correct address. Very frustrating as this is a birthday gift"
