"Although the associate answered my question (why I was being charged tax) she did not realize that Talbot’s was doing a one day 50% off deal so did not charge me correctly. On another note, I would like to say how sad I am that I can no longer wear Talbot’s clothes. I am elderly, my body has changed, and now the clothes I like from Talbot’s are too tight in certain places, to long in others, and just generally do not fit. I see other women like myself who used to swear by Talbot’s, wandering lost in your stores. It’s a sad moment, and I feel abandoned. Elderly women still have money, still want nice clothes, and want to look attractive but can no longer shop at Talbot’s."

"I placed an order on 9/2never received it and I called. After minutes of waiting, the employee comes back and says that my package had been lost. And I could re-order it he would cancel my Lost merchandise and refund me . I spent 45 minutes on the phone waiting for this to take place. The associate was kind of hard to understand, I could tell he was from another country. That’s so frustrating to say the least."
