"They shipped the wrong size bras, not even close, to the size she ordered. Then trying to exchange the unopened items for the correct size found they were out of stock. Returned the items, but had to pay return shipping. So out the return shipping costs and have tried with several emails to get them to refund the cost to return but never get an answer when I requested reimbursement for the cost to ship back the product that they sent in the wrong size except for stock emails that ignore my emails to them. It was only $6.45 to return, but that was 1/3 the cost of the items. We will not deal with the company again after this experience. Very poor customer service.

"Tanga is truly one of the BEST online merchants I have dealt with. I feel very uncomfortable around large groups of people, so shopping is very hard for me. I started doing most of my non-grocery shopping online about a year ago.
I have made several purchases through Tanga, and I always receive my order when it's due, and for outrageously fair prices.
Recently, I had a problem with an order. The items came, but they were giving me trouble. It was past the 30 day refund window, so I chalked it up to experience. I sent them off an email to let them know the issues I had experienced, so they would be aware of a potential problem.
I was absolutely floored when my bank let me know that Tanga had credited my account for my full purchase price. This was totally unexpected!
Not only do they offer great products, prices, and shipping time with a very small staff, Tanga goes above and beyond to provide phenomenal customer service and professionalism one would expect from a company much larger. (Say, perhaps, Amazon ...)
I would (and do) recommend Tanga to anyone who wants great deals with even better customer service. Tanga ROCKS."

"Tanga seems to have really good deals, but you have to know what you are buying. Just recently I ordered a two pack of active shorts that were a real bargain. However, you didn't know which brand you were getting (either New Balance or Champion). I really wanted the New Balance because they are a more upscale brand. I called the company, but I was told that the warehouse people do the choosing. I was a little disappointed when I received the cheaper brand, but for the price I paid, they were still very inexpensive. Shipping is slow, but well worth it. "

"i bought a print that was misidentified as being by the artist banksy, it was not. wrote to tanga, told them that i wouldnt return it but wasnt quite satisfied either, i got confirmation that they got my email and would receive a reply soon (only been a month, maybe ill hear something yet), but no response, no apology, no oops, nothing, thats all i truly wanted, i like the print, its just not what it was advertised as being, dont want a refund but an apology would have saved the day,customer service was truly lacking in my experience and customer service is my dealbreaker when dealing online, buy at your own risk, what i got for my money was a 12 year old feeling like an idiot when he showed off his prized banksy and was told that his mom lied to him

i knew it was a reprint, it also said it was a reprint of a print of a drawing done by the artist BANKSY, my son wanted a BANKSY drawing, the ad i bought from said BANKSY prints, i ordered a BANKSY print, your ad said BANKSY prints , i dont care that it was a reprint, i didnt expect an original artwork , i expected what you offered which was a BANKSY drawing, really not a good idea to try and act like i made a mistake, you sold me a print that was SUPPOSEDLY originally drawn by BANKSY, if youd quit playing , cover our asses to look good, and actually read one of my emails, youd see that my complaint was not that i got a copy of a BANKSY work, i knew it was a reprint, but you told me it was a reprint of a BANKSY print, it was a reprint of a drawing done by another artist, i wanted a BANKSY drawing, you sold me a reprint of a drawing that was advertised as done by BANKSY, and i was willing to let it go, i liked the idea of a small company, i spent my money with you for that very reason, i wrote you a letter telling you that the print was not done by BANKSY, my original thought was to let you know that the people that YOU bought it from misrepresented it to you, i figured id help you out by letting you know what happened and maybe you could tell them that they sold YOU a falsely represented item, wasnt mad at you at all, but now youve turned this around and said, oh youre an idiot, they were advertised as a reprint, when did i say anything about a print/reprint issue? ill type this real slow so maybe you can finally understand the simple facts,
fact 1- i saw a BANKSY reprint on your site and ordered it
fact2-i sent you my money
fact3-i received the print
fact3-the drawing was not done by BANKSY
fact4-i wrote and told you that
fact5-you waited a month to send me a reply(only after i posted a review online)
fact6-your reply is rude and tries to say that i created the problem

In the past I have had other issues with slow shipping, that is from the time the order is placed till the item actually leaves the site, I know Tanga has no control once it leaves their site."
