"I ordered a cable that unfortunately did not work. When I contacted Tanga, they IMMEDIATLY refunded the entire price. The also sent a nice (and somewhat humorous) apology. They said I could keep the item without the hassle of returning it.
It can be hard to find trustworthy businesses on the web - I would definitely order from them again.

"Placed an order on 12/31 and received it on 1/17. None of the cables they sent works to charge my iPad. Sent 3 emails so far with no response. Their return policy shows that we have to return in 30 days but they take 3-4 weeks for delivery and then no response for the customer service emails for a week. There is no other way to contact them other than sending that email and waiting for response for weeks.

Update:
Just received an email response from Tanga saying that they are re-shipping the "missing" items I reported while I reported that my cables are NOT WORKING.

"Do NOT shop there. I know they have tempting deals but the hassle is not worth it. I ordered a Jabra Bluetooth expecting it to be in original packing and it came in clear baggies which made it look refurbished. I tried multiple times to email them and ask them about another item along with why the jabra came in bags. But nope, no replies. Sick and tired of trying to contact them. Just going to dispute it with my bank for my money bank.

Bottom line is this site is NOT RELIABLE.
