"Long story, terrible service, had to persuade the young man in the pick up department that my order was there. He kept insisting that it wouldn't be ready for another hour or hour and 1/2 at the earliest and I probably had ordered it at the wrong location and they were so busy...etc. I finally persuaded him by showing him my texts and orders and emails from the online information. He then decided to go get my order. He dumped the large box with the microwave into my arms, no offer of a shopping cart or any help. All around poor service and poor attitude by the employee. Very disappointing."
"Sent a Target gift card via text. Easy, hassle-free, and no worries about the card getting lost in the mail or the recipient misplacing the card or forgetting to take the gift card while shopping. I will continue to go this route in the future. "
"I received numerous errors when searching for patio chair pads. When I attempted to apply multiple filters, the page would come up with a message that there was a problem and try again. There were other irritating errors as well that I don't quite recall, but I had to work harder to confirm what I wanted to and order this item than I should. I've definitely not ordered at times from sites that I have these sorts of issues with and was close to "moving on" to other options because of the issues. Not something I'd expect from a large retail chain."
"We don’t ship at target anyway after the 2020 woke culture stuff they did, but needed something that day and were out of stock at other stores. Tried to get the 20% for students / teachers but that was just a disaster. More like simple data collection for who knows what, and never got the discount. "

"Package arrived 5 days late after being lost and sent somewhere else. The box was opened and folded back over and torn and held together with ties. I opened the package with little effort as it was literally falling apart as I handled it. The Barbie dolls inside had not been damaged luckily but their packaging was damaged and torn. One doll I picked up from her torn to pieces box and she fell out attached to her background. These were dolls I couldn’t find locally or near me and had to order and they came late with damages packaging. Just the shipping box and package being lost/delayed I would have been okay with but how gift-able are destroyed Barbie boxes with the dolls. Customer service did their best to make this right but my experience with this order is not a positive one. These dolls are supposed to be a gift. "

"I had a return to make and I wanted my refund in cash, when I approached the counter I let the woman helping me know and she gave me a very snarky reply of, “If the system lets me, then okay.” I told her that I had read the return policy and it stated that in-store returns could get the refund in cash, debit, or gift card and I came here specifically to get cash. She continued to rudely tell me that it was impossible, speaking to me like I didn’t understand, she even went as far as to turn the screen around and say, “see, these are the options it gives me” in an incredibly snarky tone. At this point, I had already told her to call a manager over to help, which she hadn’t yet done, so I told her I would not leave until I got my refund and she finally called a manager over and the refund was given to me within minutes. I would suggest not working at a guest services desk if you don’t want to handle returns and refunds in accordance with the policies stated online. "
