"My order included a particular item. I ordered it for pick up because I am currently recovering from surgery. At 2:21 PM, I received a message that the order was received at 3:37 PM I received a message that the order was ready for pick up. Both items were included on those emails. At around 6:30 PM, I use the app to let them know I was on my way. At around 7 PM I let them know that I had arrived. At 7:03 PM I received a email saying that the bag was being canceled per my request and a refund was being issued. At that same time, I received a message stating that my order had been delivered. At no time did I receive a message stating that it was out of stock. And I absolutely did not cancel the bag. As a matter of fact at around 7:10 I went back into the app and it said they’re were still four of those same bags left in stock at the Homewood store. This is shady. I do not like it. I want that bag. And I need you to make this right. I do not want to be accusatory, but could it be that an employee took that bag out of there for themselves gave me a refund and went away with it. Possibly?? Target make this right. If I can go back in and order it and it’s still showing that there are still four more in stock that means it wasn’t out of stock and I did not cancel my order. I need you to investigate and find out what happened. If no one is paying attention to inventory, that is a problem."

Have tried speaking to store management about his poor attitude, constantly leaving items out that were in the refrigerator but he simply didn’t bother to grab causing me to come inside and retrieve them, and his carelessness. Management gaslit me. I pray every time I come for an order pick up won’t see him. I choose another Target, further away, whenever I have an opportunity to be in another area just to avoid him despite this location being a 3 minute drive from home for me"
"I received a gift Ecard from an out of town relative via Blue Mountain greeting cards. I cringed when I saw this because I feared it would be either too complicated OR not work properly. Many times before the ecards people sent me were unusable--either the code didn't work or the website I was shopping on didn't recognize the GC #.
HOWEVER, I picked Target (as there were many choices of stores to use the ecard in). I used it on my computer, NOT my phone. The Ecard transferred BEAUTIFULLY and instantly! I quickly picked out what I wanted, checked out--DONE! Target's website is really great! Blue Mountain's is good, too....very smooth transaction between two totally different business websites. THANK YOU, TARGET!"

"This Grossmont La Mesa location have numerous empty drive-up pick up parking spots nice and close to the entrance, and very few handicap parking. This makes no sense because if you are waiting in your car to pick up order, why does it have to be the most prime spots near the entrance while there are very few handicap parking spots."

"I was returning a damaged item.
I returned it to the store and received a reimbursement. I went inside the store to purchase the same item but it was more expensive. When I asked the manager of the store (Leigh) to adjust the price to for me she was very rude, telling me that she can't do that and I'll need to purchase it at a higher price and come back to adjust the price only when I'll receive the item.
In addition, on the app the price was lower, but when I checked out the price went back up to the original $162 instead of $154.
Once again Leigh was rude and told me that it was only $4 that I was trying to get back and left me without saying anything and went to help her employer with a shipment that had arrived.
I'm really disappointed from thos experience. I bought an item from Target and not from a different store because of the service. I came out without my item, that was a Christmas gift for my son. My son and I are very disappointed!
