"I am recovering from surger and placed an order for some probiotic beverages. The order didn't meet the $35 minimum, so I added on another item that I really didn't need urgently. The shopper could not locate the beverages, and no one contacted me to see if I wanted a partial order delivered.

I just paid $9.99 to have a box of trash bags delivered. Horrible customer service. This is my first and last online shopping experience with Target."

"I made an online purchase that was not ready when I got there. I was told by the cashier that I could go and get the item and bring it up and just buy it and cancel the online order that I had bought the item by using my PayPal online account and she said that would be no problem to just rebuy it again because I could use my PayPal online account account. She canceled my order only to realize that you can’t use your online account in the store so I told her that I would re-order the item, but I was informed by the manager that I would have to get back in the queue and wait another two hours instead of just letting me Pick up the item while I was there at the store ."

I mean if consumers like myself are purchasing products, I believe the employees that you hire know how to shop and know the difference between fresh and expired products. Would they eat and pay for expired foods. Would they bring that product home to the parents. "
