"I looked up "kitchen cart" on Target's website. So many options popped up! I needed something rather specific that would fit in the space I reserved for it but would not be too small, and it needed to have wheels and shelves. I looked at 5 pages of options. I saw a few that would work. Having the dimensions in the description of each item was very helpful! Two of the options actually folded-up which is a plus in my small living space. I ordered one of the carts that folded up. The ordering process was very easy; within a few minutes, my order was in process. It arrived on the day that the system estimated and was in very good condition. The cart itself was as advertised. The process to lock the cart in the open position was a bit tricky, but we got the hang of it. Other than attaching the wheels, which was easy, no other assembly was required. It fit into its space easily, and its shelves held the small appliances that I intended to store there. I had a great online shopping experience with Target and will use the website for future purchases."

"After creating an account on target.com, spending several hours creating a shopping cart of essential new move items such as bed sheets, clothing, toiletries, cleaning supplies, trash can, storage bins, etc, your order will be systematically canceled due to “potential “ fraud. After contacting Target.com Customer service, explaining the situation, they send the request to their IT security fraud department to rectify the legitimate order. However, the only response received, several times, is “we’re sorry, there is nothing we can do, we don’t know the exact reason your order was flagged as potential fraud, go visit a site and purchase there.” I’m in a situation this is not possible, as a family member from out of state is making the purchase for me.
So basically, your order will be caned, they don’t know why, and there is nothing they can do.
