Hello, Target committed, on-line and in an email last night, to delivering my order Dec 26. (See first link.) This morning I got another email (see 2nd link), and noticed, per the tracking link, the date was later. Nothing was even said to me. According to UPS (see below), the reason the item will be later is because Target didn’t get it to them.
I had an on-line chat with a person who said "Sorry, you know how it is. Things don't get shipped out on time."
My son's leaving on the date advertised, the 26th, and this gift means a lot in several ways.
Especially because the delay is due to Target, I hope they will make this right. Maybe send it overnight or 2-day mail (afterward you could cancel the original)."
"Ordered on the app, one item was not available in store delivery date was on or before Sunday December 22nd 2024. Checked the app and now shipping is now scheduled for Tuesday December 24th, 2024, which I will not be home to get the package! No advance warning, called guest services and the order can’t be cancelled, no apology for the issue or resolution!!!"

"I have Ring security cameras all over my property and the delivery person LIED about delivering my 18 month old Grand Daughters Christmas gifts to my home. Instead, she submitted some BS internet stock picture download of a front door (that's not even the same color as mine). What a piece of CRAP she is for not telling the truth about what she really did with the gifts! She probably kept them for her own kids! And Target does NOT CARE about investigating her and hold her accountable for her fraudulent actions. Target, any wonder why people won't shop with you?"
