"After an online order wasn't ready by the time I'd arrived at the store, customer service told me they couldn't expedite it, but I could cancel the order and go buy the product in person. I was in a rush, so I did. On the way out the door, this same woman stopped me, telling me I couldn't just walk out with the product, implying I had stolen it. She I sisted on seeing the receipt, and after I showed her, she scolded me like a child for being impatient. I had not been rude earlier, I had just asked if the order was ready yet and if it could be prioritized, and I understood when it could not be. The agent was vindictive and rude, and treated me like a criminal, for no reason. I will not be shopping at Target again."

"What an awful experience at the new target in Middletown. I decided to do a drive up pick up order so I wouldn’t have to be bothered to go into the store. I checked the app. Everything was purchased on my list and The employee confirmed everything was purchased and assured me everything was in my trunk so I left. Upon unloading my order in the house, I realized that one item was missing. I checked the app because maybe it wasn’t in stock but it said it was in stock and I was charged for it so I went online and reported it and requested a refund because it wouldn’t let me re-order it. It would only let me get a refund or mail it to the house so I had to go back up there and actually go in the store and purchase it so again what so if you do a drive up pick up take the time go through your order to make sure everything is there before they leave really defeated my purpose of getting a drive up pick up because I didn’t want to go in the store so if you do a drive up pick up take the time go through your order to make sure everything is there before they leave "
"Two lamps and a box of food storage containers packed in a huge carton. Not a speck of protective material between the two ceramic lamps etc. One lamp is completely shattered. The lampshade on the other is dented. Haven't checked the food containers but they are in the manufacturer's box and are plastic so probably fine. "

"I wanted to purchase a silver necklace for a pick-up order. My usual store listed the item as low stock, and I didn’t choose a replacement because nothing else quite fit what I wanted. When my order was ready to picked up, by no surprise (since it happens often), the necklace was out of stock. After selecting another local Target that mentioned there were three remaining necklaces but was also low stock, my order was ultimately cancelled because it was out of stock there as well. When I went to my normal store, the only other simple silver necklace (which is what I was looking for) that could possibly work was tarnished and discolored. SUPER disappointed not only in the limited selection in stores but in the poor quality as well. "
