"UPDATE: It did not ship on 4MAY ( as they had lied to me on the phone and stated), it shipped 6MAY (10 business days after ordering), drive is used, not refurbed, and in poor shape. Drive is excessively noisy, and I will bite the 50 bucks I spent rather than deal with them anymore. This company is built on lies, deceit and poor service, DO NOT USE THEM. I expect they are due for their next company name change.
Ordered 24APR, No drive 5MAY, called and was told "not shipped" then 3 minutes later, "It shipped yesterday." Anyone with a clue knows that is a standard cover their rear lie. Guy on phone blamed it on his manager, could not provide a name, manager not in this week, etc. dumped me to voice mail box.
Six Business days to ship? Twice what they say on their website, and a total of 9 days to even put one hard drive in a box, slap on a mailing label and send it out?
Will not reduce costs, will not provide customer service, not even a simple, "Hey we blew it" email. Typical fly by night bull. I am not sure how they got their feedback rating on pricewatch up, but I suspect improper activities. Firms like this are exactly why so many people pay obscene Best Buy prices rather than reasonable web prices.
I should have checked here and then I would have avoided them like any smart customer. "
"I absolutely recommend these people! They gave me a great deal for a very good system, and shipped it to me in less than a week!
You can bet I'll buy from them again, and definitely will recommend them to my friends."
"These people are the worst "scammers" I've dealt with. They sold me a used 3 year old hard drive for a "white label", and when the bearings started whining, they wouldn't honor their "6 month warranty". AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!"
"I purchased a FIC barebones with Amd processor in September 2004. It was supposed to be tested before it shipped. However, when it arrived, it constantly crashed when attempting to install the operating software. It would crash with the operating software and the motherboard software. I tried for months to get this bareones up and operating. I contacted customer service several times but another computer tech Web site resolve the problem. The CPU sent with the order was defective and when it warmed up, it crashed the entire system. I obtained another cpu and now the computer is operating fine. I was able to give it as a christmas gift. I want a refund for the cpu but it was against company policy. They offered to replace in the middle of December. However, as of this date, I have received no replacement CPU for the defective one that I returned in December 2004. "

All parts are Brand labeled and look pristine. All parts were assembled even thought I didn't request/pay for.

First impression - Excellent. Will update on product durability in a few months."
"I ordered a simple socket 478 CPU retention bracket for 1 dollar from these guys (arsenalpc)on November 30th and they charged me 5 dollars shipping. Fine with me, thats more than enough for at least USPS Priority Mail. The day after I placed my order I got an email asking for my feedback about their company. I thought to myself, wow these guys must be pretty efficient. Well 7 days later I got an email saying they shipped my order. 7 DAYS! It is now December 15th and I still don't have the item. I called customer service and got a guy with a russian sounding accent. He told me his best advice was to just wait for it to show up eventually. He said it was sent via regular USPS for 37 cents. I told him that I paid 5 dollars for shipping which should have been enough for at least priority mail, and his response was "ok." He then said "thanks for calling" and pretty much ended the conversation. I will never deal with these people again. I went to their feedback page and it only allows one line of feedback. They must be sick of getting long rants about how awful they are."
"This is the kind of company that taught me to go to resellerratings.com BEFORE I buy computer parts. I bought from these people because I needed a cheap motherboard/RAM/Processor combo. They had the cheapest one. List price is not everything though, beacause by the time it was all over, I would be out over $40.
When I got my motherboard, it did not work. I didn't even get a BIOS screen. I've put several computers together, so I know what I'm doing. I sent it back. After two weeks of them not contacting me, I tried to contact them. If you are lucky enough to get a live person on the phone(usually you won't) you will encounter rude people who don't care one bit about their customers. They told me there was nothing wrong with the mobo and charged me $20 for having them take a look at it. They sent it back and I tried it again. No go. Finally, frustrated, I sent everything back for a refund. After a month I finally got a refund, but minus a $20 restocking fee. I will never buy from these people again!"
" The order was placed on 11/03/04. The site says the ship within 24-72 hours. On the 9th, we still hadn't received shipping confirmation. After numerous calls (no answer) an several emails, we finally got through to someone on the phone. It shipped on the same day we finally got through, the 11th. Since, I had to have this done before I move out of state on the 14th, we had them change it to overnight for a total cost of shipping of $48.30. The products arrived the next day. No problems with the install, except for the MSC-GS-G2 7 in 1 card reader. They shipped a DC-CARD-RW002 card reader, which is internal only. It doesn't have an external cable and feet for the reader as advertised on the website.
"
"Had what I needed at a fair price. Arrived when promised and in good shape, well packaged. "
"I waited 7 days and hadn't received a shipping confirmation. I wrote inquiring the status, and was called the next day and told the part was backordered. They sent me a somewhat equal part a few days later, which I received about two weeks after the order. When I opened the undamaged box, there was a large dent in the side of the product. My experience, along with others on the net, was horrid, and they will no receive my company's business in the future.
Business purchasers beware, this guy is an automatic tax write off."
"FRAUD ALERT: When you order brand name item, you may get generic item, not labelled by that brand or even any brand. They may even provide you a model number (pseudo model number) that matches that of the brand name they claim it is. They call it OEM although OEM still should have the manufacturers name and label like OEM versions of Microsoft Windows. The warranty of course will be a store warranty and short! They call a generic or private labelled product OEM. I ordered Maxtor Hard Drive of a specific modem number. They shipped me unlabelled Hard Drive with the same model number sticker only on it. Warranty was not shown on their website even in product details and none of the above in product details on thier website so a user can make informed decision. You basically end up making an uninformed decision. When I corresponded by email I learned the warranty is a store warranty and for 1 year only while Maxtor provides 3 years warranty! This is clearly fraud and deciet. If you want to return the item, you pay shipping both ways and 20% resocking fee."
"This is a highly professional and responsive organization - I needed 6 new systems to teach higher level tech courses at a Microsoft CTEC - in a big hurry - they came through with stellar results. here is my direct comment I sent back to them -
Mike,
Thank you ever so much for being responsive, attentive and understanding of our needs.
The systems arrived with only very minor issues (pwr cable for 2 hdd’s fell off during shipping) all are up, running and ghosted for Mondays classes.
Please send me a link to add positive feedback for you site as well as the pricewatch.com site.
I have no doubt that the purchasing of our near future upgrade systems will be made through your company.

"I have been doing business with this company for years and have purchased great products and they are also very fast on shipping. Will continue doing business. I would highly recommend them to everyone."
"I read the negative comments on here after I ordered my parts and I must say, that I almost cancelled my order. I am glad I did not. A few weeks ago, I ordered a MB/ CPU combo and it has been running fine. I had such good luck, I ordered another MB/ CPU combo to build another PC for a friend. Again, it is fine. I paid $5 for ground shipping and received it in only 2 days. It was a retail box MB with OEM CPU. The motherboards are discontinued models, but to run an AMD XP2200+, they are fast, stable and AMD approved. (MSI 6378XL) The entire CPU/ MB/ fan/ and shipping for $92.74. What a deal. Maybe I just got lucky, but for me, everything went fine. And, NO, I am not a shill. I don't doubt that some people had a bad experience, but I did not. I will order MB/ CPU combos again from these guy until they f*%k up."
"I ordered VisionTek XTASY Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB DDR AGP TV-Out/DVI from Target USA.. got the order, was OEM card just packaged in bubble wrap and FedEx box..Got it.. noticed it said Sapphire on the HSF, but had a VisionTek sticker on the HSF also.. so didn't think about that again.. The card wasn't booting up.. no POST.. tried it in another system.. still no post.. tried my old card and everything started up fine.. so i went online and tried to see if their was something I was doing wrong.. Made sure my Nvidia drivers were uninstalled.. all that stuff. tried different BIOS settings. nothing.
So I contacted the company, got my RMA, sent it back when the Techie said I didn't send them the card they sent me.. I sent them a Sapphire and not a VisionTek.. so I tell him, no, I sent the card that they sent me.. and if he looks theirs a VisionTek Sticker on it.. and he says yes.. but he'll have to check with VisionTek to see if they rebadged the cards. Still no word from them. Highly disappointed, they don't know what the heck they are selling their, and now trying to call me a liar. Waste of time and money, go to Newegg they are much better, even if the price is a tiny bit more..it's not worth dealing with these guys.
Update..
Finally after 6 weeks got my Replacement video card.. and it turns out to be a VisionTek 9600 SE.. not the Pro they advertised and what is written on the reciept. The difference between the two is more then a minor GPU and Memory Clock difference.. the SE model only has a 64-bit memory interface.. where as the Pro has 128-bit memory interface. Plus the SE comes with a cheap Passive HSF. Highly Disappointed."
